    Make 1-2 paged CV in which include the following:

    7. Present your @XP and main achievements (graphically, visually or in words).
    8. Present your work experience outside of AIESEC
    9. Describe yourself in one paragraph (3-4 sentences about who you are and what it means to be you)

  • Endorsement Letters
    These letters mean the candidate is trustworthy and good profile for EB position. Letters should contain the contact details and signature.

Elections Procedure

Application

Fill in the application and send it to LCP (elvir.ismagilov@aiesec.net) before the deadline (15.08 at 23:59). Applications sent after deadline (even due to technical issues) will not be accepted.


Interview

Pass an interview with LCP current (there will be either MCP, LC Mentor, alumni on your interview as well). Interview will be in online format and will last for approximately 90-120 minutes. The date will be chosen between 16-21 August.


Elections

The last and the most exciting step is official elections procedure. Elections will take place between August 26 - 2 September. Further details about exact date, time and place will be sent to you later.

  1. Who are you? What does describe you as a person?
  2. Why did you decide to apply? Why are you a perfect candidate to LCP position?
  3. What are your 5 main leadership values? Describe them.
  4. What is your biggest failure and biggest achievement?
  5. Describe your goals for the next 3 years in three areas: Experience, Growth, Impact
  6. For what are you ready to stand to the end and it will be worth any of your efforts?
  7. What are your priorities in various areas now? (work, family, study, etc.)

Leadership

1. What is leadership for you?

2. Name 3 principles that you follow during the work with a team.

3. What is a healthy team? Which behaviours are healthy, and which are not?

4. What skills and knowledge should every leader have to lead the organization? Evaluate yourself for each competence from 1 to 10.

AIESEC

1. What is AIESEC for you?

2. Present your @XP and main achievements.

3. What are your 3 main challenges and learnings from your previous @XP?

4. What is a true AIESECer for you? What qualities does he/she possess?

5. Highlight the 5 main features of 2030 that AIESEC should take into account and work with them.

Lead

1.Describe your dream team. By what criteria will you choose people for your team?

2.What makes you unique as a leader? How will this uniqueness affect the LC and culture? 3.What is your ambition for the next term?

4.With what vision do you plan to lead the LC?

Manage

1.What are the 3 biggest challenges AiR is currently facing that will affect the local committee in the next term?

2.What structure do you plan in the LC in the next term?

3.What do you think needs to be done to increase profits?

Represent

1.How to form the best AiK brand in the work with our interns?

2.What opportunities for interaction with other companies and organizations do you see in Kazan?

3.How do you plan to develop your LCP brand in LC, AiR and AIESEC Global?

Recommendation
